Join Tri 50 2022

After the success of last year’s Tri50 program we are hoping to make this year’s version bigger and better. While it is aimed at beginners the course is suitable for anyone looking to improve their triathlon skills. Even those who have been in the sport for a number of years would still find the course beneficial. Over 50 days you will have the opportunity to work on swim technique, open water skills, bike handling, cycling technique, riding for fitness and in bunches, transitions, running for fitness and triathlons as well as learning about equipment, changing tyres, and how to execute a great triathlon race.
